Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge #31: Luck

Hi hi, Happy Chinese New Year to all of you!
As I'm still celebrating the Lunar New Year now, would like to take this opportunity to wish all my friends have a prosperous new year and may all your wish come true!

This is my fifth project as DT for Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge, and i actually didn't realize that time is flying off so fast, it's end of February and i have to admit that i didn't have much time for my scrappy moment! Guess i need to work harder in order to create more beautiful projects! yay!

For today project, i'm using the image sponsor by Dilly Beans Stamps called Crinkles Daisy Famed. This image is so cute and i just have an inspiration to create a Card in a Box the moment i saw from the website, too adorable!

As the theme for this challenge is : LUCK, i make my own clover with the heart shape puncher. I colored my image with Fine color marker and i cut out the image from the frame. :)
I adding the sentiment from Unity Stamp Wish with your heart sentiment kit, and i decorate the entire card with stickles, paper flowers, blings and some wood lady bird.

This is the view from another angle.

What i love about card in a box is you could fold/dismantle the card and insert into envelope whenever you want to give it to someone. This is so convenient and cool.

This is the view from top.
Don't you think this is so pretty?
Hope you enjoy my project today.

Card in a box - the magic of Christmas

Hi, friends! It's good to be back to scrappy world again! yay!
I know i've missing for a month, yes, A MONTH and i have not posting any artworks! (sinful...)
Actually, all this happened because i'm busy sewing a quilt blanket for my mom in law as birthday present, then i've involve in my best buddy wedding on 27th Dec which just 2 days after Christmas, my schedule is running off for the whole Dec.... :(
I promise to post more coming months okay! :)

To back to my post today, i'm little bit late to post this, but this is one of my favorite project for Dec. The card in the box for Christmas!

This is not the first time i'm  doing card in the box, but i do modify a bit from the previous card in the box. I always dreaming to have a candy house by my own, and i create this card from the inspiration of candy house. Fairy tales always begin with a candy house that sits quietly in the jungle....  quite, snowing and the sweet aroma of candy house....:)

The sentiment i used is from Unity Stamp Magic Of Christmas November Sentiment Kit. I've emboss it with black color emboss powder.

Different view from different angle.

Hope you like my card in the box today, do leave me a message if you love it too!
Thanks for reading.

Card in a Box as birthday present

Oh yay, this is my first ever card in a box project. This is something new in the scrappy world, and the final product is so awesome! What i like about the card in a box is-- the outcome is like a 3D Pop up effect and it's so pretty when you display it on a shelf!

My first ever card in a box shown as below, and i do follow the measurement from Dina Kowal, you can check out the measurement from the link here.

I'm using some Prima Flowers, lace, paper doily, ribbon and some metal charms for decoration.

Here is another angle.

A ribbon bow was tie when you lift up the front panel.

Front view.

Can see from top that inside the box is actually empty.

The box can be fold flat and insert in a envelop as gift. But mine cannot as it flower is 3D flower, i can't fold flat for the card. :)
Thanks for stopping by.
