Hi buddies, how are you today?
In case you just reach my blog for the very first time this year, I'm here to wish you Happy New Year!
It's first Monday for the month, and i would like to share with you all my DT project for Where the heart is January Challenge with the theme - Anything Goes.
Notice that planner is the new trend in the scrapping world, but somehow i'm not the big fans for planner. So, I decided to turn my weekly diary into my own way of planner. :)
I create this planner page with this beautiful image - Longing for you bloomin treasure which is sponsored by Lacy Sunshine Stamps.
I create the background with distress ink, and i colored the image with color pencil.
To touch up my image, i added some gold Stickles as highlight for my image.
I decorate my page with some stamp from Unity Stamp kits: No-matter-what-the-weather-smak-9/13 & Strength-dignity-kom-11/13.
Last, i added some washi tape and alphabet stickers to furnish up my page.
I hope you like my page today, do share with us your new project us by linking your post with us.
Thanks to the sponsor(s) below, you may stand a chance to win some goodies too.

Great planner page Rebecca, the colours are wonderful! I love all the different stamps you used, especially the newspaper heading along the top... that's a clever idea. You did a great job colouring the image and I like the addition of the gold stickles to add a little sparkle here and there. Well done!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Beccy

ReplyDeleteWell done for making something for yourself, that doesn't happen very often, does it? Gorgeous cover and that sentiment is so true; sometimes we just need to let go. Thanks for joining LLC for our January challenge; hope you can play with us again this month!
